Performance Marketing Manager

Lead paid acquisition strategy, budgets and results across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube for Kiganto and its clients, and guide the performance team.

• Own campaign strategy, execution and performance across platforms
• Manage budgets against ROAS, CPL, CAC and CPA targets
• Build full-funnel and remarketing campaigns; run A/B tests
• Track with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel/CAPI; present insights to management and clients
• Lead and mentor junior performance marketers

Experience: 3 to 7 years · Joining: immediate joiners preferred · Salary: based on experience and interview

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working from our office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
