Lead the sales team and grow revenue from Kiganto's digital marketing and AI marketing automation solutions, working closely with the Business Head.
- Lead, coach and manage Sales Executives; set and track daily to monthly targets
- Own team revenue; personally close strategic deals and forecast
- Drive lead generation and keep a healthy team pipeline
- Oversee clients from pitch to renewal and handle escalations
- Build sales processes, scripts, proposals and pitch decks
Experience: 4 to 7 years, including 2+ years of team handling · Reports to: Business Head · Salary: ₹4.8 LPA to ₹6.5 LPA
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working from our office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
