Senior Customer Support Specialist

Manage client communication, resolve service queries and build lasting client relationships, with a working understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and follow-ups
• Explain digital marketing services to non-technical clients
• Qualify leads and hand over to the sales team
• Own escalations from acknowledgement to resolution
• Keep CRM records and report on client interactions and satisfaction

Experience: 2 to 4 years in customer support or client servicing · Salary: based on experience and interview

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working from our office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
