Social Media Manager

Head Kiganto's social media function: lead the team, set strategy, own content and ad performance across all client accounts, and grow revenue.

• Lead team leaders, executives, writers, designers and editors; review all work before it goes out
• Own strategy and approve content calendars for every client
• Oversee Meta and other social ad campaigns for lead quality and ROAS
• Be the senior contact for key clients; drive renewals and upsells
• Set processes, approval workflows and quality standards

Experience: 5 to 8 years, including 2+ years of team handling · Reports to: Business Head · Salary: based on interview performance

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working from our office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
